As the premier grazing style catering company of California’s central coast, Slate Catering continues to lead the community in styling bountiful grazing tables, cheese & charcuterie platters, hosting workshops, & more.
We proudly source produce, greens, and flowers locally from our generous farmers, as well as incorporate many local gems into our spreads.
It’s our privilege to add our touch to your weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, beach picnics, wine tasting platters, and everything in between.

In 2019, we began our collaboration with veteran restauranteur Alvaro Rojas, of Alcazar Tapas, and excitedly expanded our offerings.
We now expertly serve craft cocktails, elevated tacos, paella dinners, and custom menus inspired by Spanish, Mexican, and Californian flair.
I’m honored to continue to serve Santa Barbra through my passion for food, eye for composition, and commitment to details.
